Phenolic Foam Pre-insulated air duct system consists of Duct panels and accessories. The panels consist of Phenolic foam insulation faced on both sides with 75 micron thickness aluminum foil. They are fabricated into ductwork by a set of tools supplied by us.

Further, we have successfully developed the reinforced type pre-insulated air duct which is outside faced with 0.21mm thickness Sheet Metal(Galvanized Iron) / Aluminum Foil and inside faced with 75u thickness Aluminum Foil. While retaining the advantage of normal type pre-insulated air duct, this reinforced type is much more strong and endurable.
